This project was about a stop motion involving one of my son’s favorite wrestlers, Rey Mysterio. I took about 170 shots composed around arriving home, all the way to relaxing on the couch and turning the tv on.
It starts in the parking lot when he turns off the car and climbs out.
Following that he begins the long journey, because he's less than a foot tall, his strides are small, and the journey is a few hundred feet, to the apartment front door.
Upon arriving at the stairs, he falls down them because his legs are too small to actually take a step down.
After getting up from the floor, he embarks toward the front door.
From there he jumps up to unlatch the knob, and proceeds to go inside and shut the door.
Walking through the living room he jumps up to the couch to sit down next to the remote and turns the tv off, capping off a long hard day's worth of work and the satisfaction of getting home to unwind to your favorite tv program.
